The MMSD4148 is a standard switching diode from ON Semiconductor designed for high-speed switching applications. It is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface mount package, making it suitable for automated assembly and space-constrained designs.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 100V, forward current of 200mA, and a forward surge current capability of 1A for less than 1 second.
