The MMQA5V6T1 from On Semiconductor is a quad monolithic common anode TVS diode designed for transient overvoltage and ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3V and a clamping voltage of 8V at peak pulse current. With a minimum peak pulse power of 150W at 20µs and 24W at 1ms, it provides robust protection for sensitive circuits. The device also offers an ESD rating of 16kV per Human Body Model, exceeding Class 3B requirements.
This unidirectional suppressor integrates four channels in a single SC-74 package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications. The common anode configuration simplifies board layout for protecting multiple lines. Typical applications include computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment.
The device is lead-free and RoHS compliant. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
