The ON Semiconductor MMQA20VT1 is a quad monolithic silicon voltage suppressor designed for transient overvoltage protection in sensitive electronic equipment. This TVS diode offers a peak power dissipation of 150W at 20µs and a maximum clamping voltage of 28.6V at a peak pulse current of 840mA (8/20µs).
It is suitable for applications requiring protection against voltage and ESD transients, such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, and medical equipment. The common anode design allows for four separate unidirectional configurations within a single SC-74 package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
