The MMDL914T1G is a high-speed switching diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose switching applications requiring fast recovery times. The diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a maximum forward current of 200mA. It features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns at 10mA test conditions, making it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits.
