The Cosel MMC75B-4-G is an open frame AC/DC converter designed for commercial ITE applications. It accepts a wide input range of 85-132VAC (47-440Hz) or 110-170VDC and delivers three isolated outputs: +5V at 1.2A, +12V at 0.1A, and -12V at 0.1A. Typical efficiency is 68% at full load under 100VAC input.
Output regulation is maintained with line regulation of 20mV max on the +5V output and 48mV max on the ±12V outputs, and load regulation of 60mV max on +5V and 120mV max on ±12V. Ripple and noise are limited to 80mVp-p on +5V and 120mVp-p on ±12V outputs. The converter includes overcurrent protection that activates above 105% of rated output and recovers automatically.
Isolation ratings are 2000VAC input-to-case/output, 500VAC output-to-case, and 100VAC between V1 and V2/V3 outputs. The unit operates over 0°C to 65°C with derating, and can be mounted on a chassis.
