The MMBZ6V8ALT1 is a dual monolithic silicon Zener diode from the MMBZxxxALT1G series, designed for transient overvoltage protection in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment. It provides two separate unidirectional channels or a single bidirectional configuration using a common anode design, saving board space.
