The MMBZ16VTALT1G from On Semiconductor is a Zener-type TVS diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 13V and a maximum clamping voltage of 23V at 1.7A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 40W, it provides transient voltage suppression for sensitive electronics. This device is not intended for power line protection.
