The MMBZ15VDLT1G is a dual monolithic silicon Zener diode from On Semiconductor, part of the MMBZxxVxL series. It is designed for applications requiring protection capability, such as voltage and ESD sensitive equipment.

Key specifications include a nominal Zener breakdown voltage of 15V, with a peak power dissipation of 40W at 1.0ms (bidirectional configuration). Total power dissipation is 225mW on FR-5 board and 300mW on alumina substrate. Clamping voltage is 21.2V, peak pulse current is 1.9A.
