The MMBZ15VALT1G is a dual monolithic Zener diode from onsemi designed for transient overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12 V and a clamping voltage of 21 V at a peak pulse current of 1.9 A. The device can handle 40 W of peak power for a 1.0 ms pulse.
This TVS diode provides ESD protection rated at ±30 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, and exceeds 16 kV HBM and 400 V MM. It is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package and supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
The dual-junction common anode design allows protection of two separate lines using a single package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. The device is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
