The ON Semiconductor MMBFJ108 is an N-Channel Junction Field-Effect Transistor (JFET) designed for digital switching applications where very low on-resistance is mandatory. This device operates with a maximum drain-gate voltage of 25V and a gate-source voltage of -25V. It can handle a forward gate current of up to 10mA.

 

The MMBFJ108 has a drain-source on-resistance of 8 Ohms and a zero-gate voltage drain current (IDSS) of 80mA at 15V. The gate-source cut-off voltage (VGS(off)) ranges from -2.0V to -6.0V. Its operating and storage junction temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C.

 

This JFET is supplied in a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 surface mount package, making it suitable for compact electronic designs. The total device dissipation is rated at 350 mW, with a thermal resistance of 357 °C/W junction-to-ambient.
