The MMBD5004BRM-7 is a high voltage surface mount switching diode array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features two series diode circuits that can be connected to form a full wave bridge. The device is rated for a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 400V and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 350V. It supports a forward continuous current of 225mA and can handle peak repetitive forward current up to 625mA.
This diode array offers fast switching speed with a typical reverse recovery time of 50ns and low capacitance of 0.7pF typical. The forward voltage is typically 0.93V at 20mA and 1.29V at 200mA. Maximum power dissipation is 350mW. The device is housed in a SOT-26 surface mount package with matte tin finish over copper leadframe.
