The MMBD4148-7-F is a surface-mount switching diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose switching applications and is part of the BAS16/MMBD4148/MMBD914 family. The diode offers a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average rectified current of 200mA. It features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
The diode has a forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA and a capacitance of 2pF at 0V and 1MHz. It operates over a junction temperature range up to 150°C. The device is housed in a SOT23-3 surface-mount package, which is ideal for automated insertion and space-constrained designs.
The MMBD4148-7-F is fully RoHS3 compliant and lead-free. It is also halogen and antimony free, meeting green device standards. The package material is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
