The MMBD4148 is a small signal switching diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose high-speed switching applications.
Key electrical specifications from the datasheet include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V, average rectified forward current (IF(AV)) of 200mA, and a forward voltage (VF) of 1.0V maximum at 10mA. The device has a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 4ns under standard test conditions. Total capacitance is 4pF at 0V bias and 1MHz. Non-repetitive peak forward surge current is rated at 1.0A for a 1 second pulse and 2.0A for a 1 microsecond pulse.
