The MMBD354LT1 is a dual hot carrier mixer diode from On Semiconductor, intended for UHF mixer applications as well as detector and ultra-fast switching circuits. It features very low capacitance (less than 1.0 pF at zero bias) and a low forward voltage of typically 0.5 V at 10 mA forward current.
The device can handle a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 7.0 V. Power dissipation is rated at 225 mW on FR-5 board and 300 mW on alumina substrate, with corresponding junction-to-ambient thermal resistances of 556 °C/W and 417 °C/W respectively. The junction and storage temperature range is -55 to +150 °C.
The MMBD354LT1 is supplied in a SOT-23 (TO-236) surface mount package and is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The NSV-prefix variants are AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable for automotive applications.
