The MMBD352LT1 from On Semiconductor is a dual hot carrier mixer diode designed primarily for UHF mixer applications. It is also suitable for use in detector and ultra-fast switching circuits.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum continuous reverse voltage of 7V, a typical forward voltage of 0.5V at 10 mA, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.25 µA at 3V. The device features very low capacitance, less than 1.0 pF at zero bias.
The diode is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23 (TO-236) package and is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS Compliant. Maximum power dissipation is 225 mW on an FR-5 board and 300 mW on an alumina substrate.
