The MMBD1505A is a small signal diode array from On Semiconductor featuring a 1 pair common anode configuration. It is designed for general purpose switching and rectification applications requiring up to 200V repetitive reverse voltage and 200mA average forward current.
Forward voltage ranges from 620mV at 1mA to 0.90-1.15V at 300mA. Reverse leakage current is typically 1.0nA at 125V and 10.0nA at 180V. Total capacitance is 4.0pF at 0V bias. Power dissipation is 350mW with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 357°C/W.
The device is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59). It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The part is RoHS3 compliant and has MSL level 1 (unlimited).
