The MMBD1404A from On Semiconductor is a high-voltage general-purpose diode array configured as a pair of common cathode diodes in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package. Designed for applications requiring up to 175V working inverse voltage and 250V minimum breakdown voltage, this device can handle an average rectified current of 200mA and a DC forward current of 600mA. With a reverse recovery time of just 50ns (at IF=IR=30mA, RL=100Ω) and a low diode capacitance of 2pF at 1MHz, it is suitable for high-speed switching and general purpose rectification circuits. The forward voltage varies from 800mV at 10mA to 1.25V at 300mA, providing predictable performance across operating conditions. The SOT-23-3 package with gull wing leads enables easy automated assembly, and the device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C with a power dissipation of 350mW (derated above 25°C).
