The MMBD1404 is a dual common cathode small signal diode array from onsemi, designed for general purpose switching applications. It features two diodes in a common cathode configuration.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V, average rectified forward current of 200mA, forward voltage as low as 800mV at 10mA, and a reverse recovery time of 50ns. Power dissipation is 350mW with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 357°C/W.
The device is supplied in a SOT-23-3 surface mount package with gull wing leads. It is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The part is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
Applications include high-speed switching, polarity protection, and signal rectification in compact electronic designs.
