The MMBD1403 is a dual series connected small signal diode array manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose switching and high-speed signal processing applications. The device features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 800mV maximum at 10mA, 760 to 920mV at 50mA, 1.0V at 200mA, and 1.1V at 300mA. Reverse leakage current is 40nA at 120V and 100nA at 175V. Total capacitance is a low 2pF at 0V bias, and reverse recovery time is 50ns.
The device can operate at a junction temperature up to 150°C with a power dissipation of 350mW and a thermal resistance of 357°C/W junction-to-ambient. The MMBD1403 is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3 or SC-59) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
