The MMBD1401 is a small signal diode designed for general purpose switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 800mV at 10mA and 1.0V at 200mA. Reverse recovery time is 50ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching. The device is housed in a SOT-23 surface mount package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. Power dissipation is rated at 350mW with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 357°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C. The MMBD1401 is Pb-Free per the datasheet.
