The MMBD1203 is a general purpose diode array manufactured by On Semiconductor. It features a 1 pair series connection configuration with a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is 1V maximum at 200mA, with a reverse leakage current of 50nA at 50V. The reverse recovery time is 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
The diode array operates at a junction temperature up to 150°C. It is offered in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package, also available as TO-236-3 and SC-59. This compact package enables space-efficient PCB designs. The part is RoHS3 compliant with an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
Typical applications include general purpose switching, signal rectification, and protection circuits where small signal diodes are required. The series-connected dual diode configuration simplifies layout and reduces component count.
