The ON Semiconductor MM74HCT74MX is a dual D-Type flip-flop designed for high-speed CMOS applications. It offers operation speeds comparable to LS-TTL parts while maintaining low power consumption and high noise immunity.
This device features independent data, preset, clear, and clock inputs, with Q and Q outputs. Data is transferred to the output on the positive-going clock transition. Preset and clear functions are independent of the clock and are activated by a low level at the respective input. The 74HCT logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family.
