MM74HC251MX

The MM74HC251MX is an 8-channel digital multiplexer featuring 3-STATE outputs, manufactured by ON Semiconductor using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. This device offers the high noise immunity and low power consumption characteristic of CMOS integrated circuits, along with the ability to drive 10 LS-TTL loads.
