The MM5Z6V2T5G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from On Semiconductor's MM5ZxxxT1G series. It provides a nominal Zener voltage of 6.2V with a tolerance of ±6.45% and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. The device features a maximum Zener impedance of 10Ω and a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 3µA at 4V. The diode is rated for ESD protection up to 16kV (Human Body Model, Class 3). It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
