The MM3Z9V1ST1G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from the MM3ZxxxST1G series by onsemi. It provides a nominal Zener breakdown voltage of 9.1V with a tight tolerance of ±2%, suitable for precision voltage regulation applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum power dissipation of 300mW at 25°C ambient on FR-4 board (Note 1), a forward voltage of 900mV at 10mA test current, and a zener impedance of 15Ω. The device exhibits a reverse leakage current of 500nA maximum at 6V reverse voltage. It is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
