MM3Z27VST1G

The MM3Z27VST1G is a Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's MM3ZxxxST1G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 26.86 V with a tight ±2% tolerance. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum impedance of 80 Ω, a leakage current of 50 nA at 18.9 V reverse voltage, and a forward voltage of 0.9 V at 10 mA. The device has a power dissipation rating of 300 mW under FR-4 board conditions (Note 1) and 500 mW under steady state conditions (Note 2).

The diode is housed in a compact SOD-323 surface mount package measuring 1.7 mm x 1.25 mm with a low profile of 0.9 mm height, and weighs 4.507 mg. It supports an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and can withstand soldering temperatures up to 260°C for 10 seconds. The package is plated with Pb-Sn or Sn only (Pb-Free) and features a cathode band for polarity identification.
