The Melexis MLX90316EGO-BCG-000-RE is an absolute rotary position sensor IC utilizing Triaxis Hall Effect technology. It provides contactless sensing of a magnet's angular position over a full 360-degree range.
Key features include a programmable angular range and transfer characteristic, selectable analog (ratiometric), PWM, or serial output protocols, 12-bit angular resolution, and 10-bit angular thermal accuracy. The device operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
