This capacitor is a WIMA MKP10 series polypropylene film capacitor with double-sided metallized electrodes. It offers a capacitance of 0.022 µF with ±10% tolerance and a rated voltage of 400 VDC. It is designed for pulse applications such as switch mode power supplies and lighting.
Electrical characteristics: The capacitor has a very low dissipation factor (≤6×10⁻⁴ at 1 kHz), high insulation resistance (≥30,000 sec(MΩ·µF)), and a test voltage of 560 V (1.4×Ur). It is self-healing and has a long operational life of 300,000 hours with a failure rate of 1 fit.
Mechanical and environmental: The capacitor is housed in a flame-retardant plastic case with epoxy resin seal, and is RoHS3 and REACH compliant. It has a radial lead package with 10.00 mm lead spacing, dimensions 13.00 mm x 4.00 mm x 9.00 mm, and PC pin terminations. It is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to 105°C.
