The NXP Semiconductors MKL14Z64VFM4 is an entry-level 32-bit microcontroller from the Kinetis KL14 family, designed for efficiency and ultra-low power consumption. It is built around an ARM Cortex-M0+ core operating at up to 48MHz, providing industry-leading throughput.

This device features 64KB of FLASH program memory and 8KB of SRAM, making it suitable for a wide range of embedded applications. Its energy-saving architecture utilizes 90 nm TFS technology, clock and power gating, and a zero wait state flash memory controller to achieve low power operation, with run power consumption down to 47 μA/MHz and static power consumption as low as 2 μA with full state retention.

The MKL14Z64VFM4 includes essential system peripherals such as a 4-channel DMA controller, low-leakage wakeup unit, and an SWD debug interface.
