The MJF18004 is a bipolar junction transistor (BJT) manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is an NPN type with a collector-emitter sustaining voltage of 450V and a collector-base breakdown voltage of 1000V. The device supports a continuous collector current of 5A and a peak collector current of 10A under specified pulse conditions. It also has a maximum emitter-base voltage of 9V and a base current of up to 2A. The transistor is housed in a TO220FP package, suitable for through-hole mounting.
