MINI54FDE

The Nuvoton MINI54FDE is a versatile 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core, designed for a wide range of embedded applications. It operates at a maximum frequency of 24 MHz and supports an operating voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, with an extended temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.

This microcontroller is equipped with 16KB of Flash memory for program storage and 2KB of SRAM for data. It includes several peripherals such as I²C, SPI, and UART interfaces, along with an integrated 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with up to 4 channels and up to 3-channel Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) outputs. The internal 22.1184 MHz RC oscillator provides a high-precision clock source.

The MINI54FDE is available in a compact 20-TSSOP package, suitable for surface mount applications. Its robust design includes high immunity to ESD (8 kV) and EFT (4 kV), making it suitable for demanding environments. Target applications include security systems, temperature sensors, and motor control.

Key features include support for In-System Programming (ISP), In-Circuit Programming (ICP), and In-Application Programming (IAP), facilitating flexible development and updates.
