The On Semiconductor MICROFC-30050-SMT-TR is a C-Series Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) sensor, offering high gain and single-photon sensitivity. It features a blue-sensitive spectral response ranging from 300nm to 950nm, with a peak wavelength at 420nm.
This SiPM boasts an industry-leading low dark-count rate and a high PDE (Photo Detectivity).
