The Micrel MIC61300 is a high-current, low input voltage, single-supply linear regulator designed for digital circuits requiring low voltages at high currents. It operates over a single input voltage range of 1.1V to 3.6V and offers an ultra-low dropout of less than 350mV over the entire operating temperature range.
This regulator is available as an adjustable-output voltage option, capable of outputting down to 0.5V. It provides an output accuracy of ±2.5% over temperature and a maximum output current of 3A. Protection features include thermal shutdown and current limiting.
