The MIC5373-MG4YMT-TR is a triple output LDO (Low Dropout) voltage regulator designed by Microchip Technology for application processor support in mobile platforms. Each of the three LDOs can deliver up to 200mA of current. The device operates with an input supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and offers high output accuracy of ±2%.
Key features include independent enable pins, a power-on reset (POR) supervisor with adjustable delay, and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 55dB at 1kHz. The regulator is designed to be stable with small ceramic output capacitors, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. It also incorporates thermal-shutdown and current-limit protection.
