The MIC5370/1 is an advanced dual LDO designed for powering general-purpose portable devices. It provides two independently controlled, high-performance 150mA LDOs within a small 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF® package. This makes it ideal for battery-powered applications, offering 2% initial accuracy and a low dropout voltage of 155mV at 150mA.

 

The device features low quiescent current, typically 32 μA per LDO, and can enter a zero-off-mode current state when disabled. The MIC5371 includes an internal resistive load to discharge the output capacitor when disabled. It offers fast transient response and high PSRR while consuming minimal operating current. The MIC5370/1 is available in fixed output voltages and comes in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant 6-pin 1.6mm x 1.6mm Thin MLF® package, suitable for surface mounting.

 

Applications include camera phones, mobile phones, GPS, PMPs, PDAs, handhelds, and other portable electronics requiring efficient power management in a small form factor.
