The MIC5350-SMYMT-TR from Microchip Technology is a dual Ultra Low-Dropout (ULDO) linear regulator designed for portable electronics. It integrates two high-performance regulators, one rated for 300mA (VOUT1) and the other for 500mA (VOUT2), into a tiny 2mm x 2mm 8-pin Thin MLF® package. This package offers exceptional thermal performance and occupies less board space than a single SOT23-6 package.
Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V, ultra-low dropout voltages of 75mV at 300mA and 125mV at 500mA, and ultra-low output noise of 30µVRMS.
