The MIC5321-PGYD6-TR from Microchip Technology (formerly Micrel) is a high-performance, dual Ultra Low-Dropout (ULDO) linear regulator. It is designed for applications requiring high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) and low output noise, such as RF applications, camera modules, and portable media players.
This regulator integrates two 150mA ULDOs into a compact TSOT-23-6 package. It operates from an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and offers an ultra-low dropout voltage of 35mV at 150mA. The device also features a bypass pin for improved noise performance and is µCap stable with small ceramic capacitors, reducing board space and component cost.
