The MIC5313-FCYMT-TR from Microchip Technology is a high-performance, dual low-voltage, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. Each of the two integrated regulators can supply up to 300mA of output current.
This device accepts an input voltage range of up to 5.5V and provides fixed output voltages of 1V and 1.5V. It boasts an ultra-low dropout voltage of 0.2V at a 300mA load, contributing to high efficiency in battery-operated applications. The quiescent current is a low 12µA.
