The MIC5311-DKYML-TR from Microchip Technology is a high-performance, dual µCap low dropout regulator designed for battery-operated applications. It features ultra-low operating current and an optional LowQ™ mode that reduces quiescent current by 75%. Each regulator can supply up to 300mA of output current.
Key electrical specifications include an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, fixed output voltages of 1.85V and 2.6V, and low dropout voltage (60mV @ 150mA). The device boasts high output accuracy of ±1.0% initial and ±2.0% over temperature. Protection features include over current and over temperature shutdown.
