The MIC5304-RGYMT-TR is a single-output, low quiescent current, low dropout linear voltage regulator from Microchip Technology. It is designed for applications requiring two levels of output voltage regulation, making it ideal for programming memory cards and conserving power in portable devices.
This LDO is capable of sourcing 150mA of output current while consuming only 24µA of operating current. It features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 85mV at 150mA and a fast transient response. The input voltage range is from 2.3V to 5.5V.
For power saving, the MIC5304 includes a TTL logic-compatible enable pin, allowing it to enter a zero-off mode current state when disabled.
