The MIC5303-1.8YMT-TR is an ultra-small, ultra-low dropout (ULDO) CMOS linear voltage regulator designed for portable applications. It provides a stable 1.8V output at up to 300mA with a low dropout voltage of 100mV at 300mA.
This regulator operates from an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and offers features such as thermal shutdown and current limit protection. It has a low quiescent current of typically 85µA and can be placed in a zero-off-mode current state when disabled.
