The MIC5264-MFYML-TR is a dual Low Dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator designed by Microchip Technology. It provides two independent, fixed output voltages of 1.5V and 2.8V, each capable of supplying up to 150mA.
This regulator is suitable for portable electronics, including RF and digital applications, due to its low output noise (57µVrms) and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 1kHz. The input operating voltage range is from 2.7V to 5.5V, making it ideal for single-cell lithium-ion battery operation or standard 3.3V and 5V systems.
Key features include a low dropout voltage of 210mV at 150mA, independent enable pins for each regulator, and active shutdown circuitry that discharges the output voltage when disabled. The device is supplied in a compact 2.5mm x 2.5mm MLF® package, suitable for surface mounting.
