The MIC5013YN is an 8-pin MOSFET driver designed for high-side or low-side power switch applications. It features an internal charge pump to drive the gate of an N-channel power MOSFET above the supply rail and includes over-current shutdown protection with a fault flag.
This device operates over a voltage range of 7V to 32V and is suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs. It offers programmable over-current sensing and a dynamic current threshold for handling high in-rush loads. The typical turn-on time is 60µs to 50% gate overdrive, and it maintains a standby current of less than 1µA in the OFF state.
The MIC5013YN is available in an 8-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package and is designed for through-hole mounting. Its features make it suitable for applications such as lamp drivers, relay and solenoid drivers, heater switching, and power bus switching.
