The MIC29301-12BU is a high-current, high-accuracy, low-dropout voltage regulator from Micrel Inc. Utilizing a proprietary Super βeta PNP process, it features typical dropout voltages between 350mV and 425mV at full load, along with very low ground current.
Designed for demanding applications, this regulator provides a 3A current capability and maintains an accurate 1% guaranteed tolerance. It is fully protected against overcurrent faults, reversed input polarity, and overtemperature conditions. The device also offers extremely fast transient response.
