The Micrel MIC26950YJL-TR is a constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulator from Microchip Technology. It utilizes a unique digitally modified adaptive ON-time control architecture, known as Hyper Speed Control, enabling ultra-fast transient response and reduced output capacitance.
This regulator operates over an input supply range of 4.5V to 26V and provides a regulated output adjustable from 0.8V up to 5.5V with a typical accuracy of ±1%. It can deliver a substantial output current of up to 12A and operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz.
