The Micrel MIC2225 is a dual output regulator designed for portable power applications. It integrates a high-efficiency 2MHz PWM synchronous buck (step-down) regulator with a 300mA LDO. This combination provides core and I/O supply rails suitable for application processors, camera DSPs, and multimedia chipsets.
