The Micrel MIC2225 is a dual output regulator designed for portable power applications. It integrates a high-efficiency 2MHz PWM synchronous buck (step-down) regulator capable of supplying up to 600mA, and a 300mA LDO.
This device operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range. The buck regulator offers an output voltage option down to 1V, while the LDO provides output voltages down to 0.8V. Both regulators feature thermal shutdown and current limit protection.
