The Microchip Technology MIC2128YML-TR is a constant-frequency synchronous buck controller designed for a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V. It offers an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 30V with ±1% accuracy and a programmable switching frequency between 270 kHz and 800 kHz.
Key features include Hyper Speed Control architecture for high voltage conversion ratios, stable operation with any capacitor type, and ultra-fast load transient response. The device includes a built-in 5V regulator, an auxiliary bootstrap LDO for improved efficiency, and an internal bootstrap diode.
