The MI-J6L-MY is a 50W isolated DC-DC converter from Vicor's MI-J00 family. It delivers a nominal 28V output at up to 1.8A with 90% efficiency. The input voltage range is 125V to 400V, designed for 270V DC per MIL-STD-704D/E/F. It employs zero-current switching (ZCS) architecture with frequency modulation (FM) control for low noise. Features include remote sense, inhibit, output voltage trim from 50% to 110%, current limit, overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and overvoltage protection (OVP). The converter meets MIL-STD-810 environmental requirements for harsh conditions.
