This module is engineered to provide essential EMI filtering and transient protection for 28V input systems, ensuring the reliability and longevity of connected power modules.
Designed for use with 28V input MI-series converters, the MI-A22-MU can support output loads up to 200W. It meets stringent conducted emissions specifications, including MIL-STD-461C/D/E, and offers comprehensive input transient, surge, and spike protection against severe levels defined by MIL-STD-704A-F, MIL-STD-1275A/B/D, and DO-160E. Additional safeguards such as reverse polarity protection and overvoltage lockout are incorporated to prevent damage from adverse line conditions.
The module operates within an input voltage range of 16V to 50V and has a product grade operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. It is available in a SlimMod packaging option. High-power arrays can be configured by utilizing the expansion port capability of the MI-IAM series, offering flexibility for demanding applications.
